Schedule clicks and tasks for a set time
Some clicks need to happen at a specific time — a daily check-in, a report export, a reminder. AutoFlow triggers flows on a schedule, at app start or, on Android, when charging begins.

How to do it in AutoFlow
- Build the flow you want to run.
- Add a Schedule trigger: a time of day, selected weekdays or an interval.
- Set guardrails such as maximum run time and duplicate-run protection.
- Leave AutoFlow running in the tray (Windows) or allow it to run in the background (Android).
Tips
- Add a wait-for-window step so the flow waits until the target app is ready.
- Use notifications at the end of a flow to confirm it ran.
- The Ledger records every scheduled run.
Questions
Does the computer need to be on?
Yes. AutoFlow runs locally, so the PC or phone must be on and unlocked when the flow needs to interact with the screen.
Can I schedule several flows?
Yes. Each flow has its own triggers and limits.
Is it free?
Yes for personal use, with every feature on Windows, Android and the web and no ads. Work, business or commercial use needs a Business license.
